2) 所有貨品運費由客人負責（貨到付運貨），請清楚於Shipping address上填寫需派送的順豐門市地址及點碼/智能櫃點碼/住宅/工商地址。
All postage is paid by customers upon arrival (please pay directly to S.F Express when you received the products). Please state clearly the address you want to ship to, including S.F stores address/ E.F lockers/ residential/ commercial address.
3) 如因供應商船期 / 貨期延誤，絕對不設退款。
No refund will be issued due to late arrival / delay in shipment.
現貨貨品：訂單確認後7個工作天內發貨。
In-stock items: expect dispatch within 7 working days.
預訂貨品：一般預訂時間為2-4星期，亦會因假期/物流運輸/海關檢驗等原因而有所延誤，請客人耐心等候。所有貨品因運輸延誤而不能準時到貨將一律不作退款。
Pre-order items: expect 2-4 weeks for pre-order, may arrive earlier/ later due to international shipping status. You will receive our notification through email/Whatsapp/social media upon the arrival of your purchased items.
客製化產品：製作時間需3-6星期，客製化訂製產品與服務一律不設退款。畫風格主要透過人物/寵物的服飾、髮型或顏色辨認，樣貌並不會100%與原照片相似。設計版權由本店擁有，不得用於任何商業用途（例如: 商店/品牌logo）。如需授權以作使用，請聯繫本店正式授權，本店將會另行收費。
設計成品會用於各社交平台上宣傳，如需在特定日期後才公開，請事前通知。
Personalized items: Product lead time is around 3 to 6 weeks. We do not accept return or refund on all personalised items/ services.It is a cartoon sketch that emphasizes on the clothing, hairstyle & accessories only. Thus, do not expect 100% degree of similarity of the original photo. All drawings cannot be used for commercial purposes (eg. brand/ shop logo). If you need thi service, please kindly notify us for a quotation. All product photos will be used on social media for promotional purpose. Please kindly notify us if you have any special requests.
